Real quick, I just wanted to pass along the news that Brendan won't be deploying now until the 5th! A whole days worth of time is great :). He came home after breakfast and told me. Alright.. that's it. I was just so excited and wanted to share the news! haha
We got a lot of ice last night, as I heard you guys got a lot of snow! Be Careful!!

I just saw that you are following my blog. Thanks for stoppin by! I really like your blog and your son looks great in his uniform. It is always nice to meet a mom who takes pride in their child fighting for our country.
I do however feel the need (because I have a loved one deployed) to let you know and I hope you don't take this the wrong way....Be careful of posting actual dates and address info online. It seriously violates OPSEC and can put your sons unit in danger.
I do look forward to adding you to my blog list and keeping up with how your son is doing. Tell him I said good luck and my thoughts and prayers will be with him and his fellow soldiers! Take care.
Thanks for the tip on that one. I didn't know anything about OPSEC. I will be sure to keep that in mind.
